Donnie is excellent! He explains the process thoroughly and is very patient to answer questions. We met regularly and he was great to communicate with us throughout the process. The plans were delivered in the timeframe he estimated. We are very satisfied with the final plans and look very much forward to seeing the build. I would use Donnie again in an instant. I would highly recommend Donnie with Loveday Designs. He is extremely precise, provides great input and insight on what would or would not work well. He worked extremely fast, and always responded in a very timely manner. We live 3 hours away from the house project, and he made this entire process very simple and stress free. We hired Donnie Loveday at Loveday Designs to draw our house plan. It was a complicated plan and, with his expertise, we revised it making several changes. He was always patient and so very helpful. He never rushed us to make a decision and encouraged us to ask questions and express concerns. The plan is done. However, he says if we need any help to please contact him. I think that’s going the extra mile. I would highly recommend him if you want a personalized plan.

Loveday Designs helped us plan out and design a drink shop in an existing building. Donny was very knowledgeable with building codes and very creative with space design. We highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again on our next project.

Donny was amazing! He really worked with us to design our new quick service restaurant. He really listened to what we wanted and gave us direction when we had no idea what to do. Any revisions were done promptly and exactly what we needed. He even went out of his way to look up rules/guidelines and even went to the city with questions and concerns.
